From safety to disposal, here we explain how we enforce current regulations to ensure you use and recycle each component responsibly.
According to Italian regulations, all packaging intended for consumers must carry a label to help them understand how to collect, reuse, and dispose of it properly.
Environmental labeling is precisely to provide clear information about the materials that make up the packaging and how to handle it in the right way, so as to reduce the impact on the environment and promote the circular economy.
Our Choice: The Digital Label via QR Code
To ensure up-to-date information and to reduce paper waste or ink usage in case of packaging changes, we chose to adopt a digital labeling system.
On our products you will find a dedicated QR Code: by framing it with your smartphone camera, you will be directed to a disposal page Where you can consult:
- The nature of the materials of each packaging component (e.g., paper, plastic, aluminum).
- Identification codes (such as PAP 21, PET 1, etc.) according to Decision 97/129/EC.
- Recycling guidelines for responsible giving.
Why the QR code?
This solution allows us to be dynamic and sustainable. In a context where packaging materials can vary to improve environmental performance, the QR Code allows us to offer you always accurate data in real time, avoiding the reprinting of obsolete materials and minimizing the carbon footprint of the packaging itself.
Note: Please also always check the regulations of your municipality of residence for proper waste disposal.
